Clúid Housing’s legal eagles won the ‘In-House Legal Team of the Year’ category at the 2018 Irish Law Awards at the Clayton Hotel on Dublin’s Burlington Road, which was attended by over 90 Irish law firms, legal practitioners and in-house legal teams.

Despite their vast property portfolio, just a small team of legal experts handle the housing association’s legal practice. Headed up by Julie Doyle, the team has four solicitors – Lorraine Nolan, Orla Cleary, Siobhán Cassidy and Brenda Kirrane – and one legal executive, Lydia Mullane.
