A one-day seminar to inform employers and employees about their legislative rights and responsibilities in relation to mental health at work takes place at the Rochestown Park Hotel in Cork on  Thursday 22 February.

‘Managing Workplace Behavioural and Mental Health Risks’ is on the focus of this seminar, looking at two of the most relevant pieces of legislation on the issue – the Safety Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and the Employment Equality Acts 1998 -2015.

Keynote presentations will be provided by Maurice Quinlan, Director, EAP Institute, and Marcus de Guingand, Managing Director of Third Pillar of Health
