The National Property Awards 2023 will return on Thursday 9 March 2023, following the inaugural awards in 2022, with a black-tie gala awards ceremony in the InterContinental Hotel, Dublin.
The National Property Awards will celebrate and champion the achievements, accomplishments and advances made this year by individuals and organisations from across Ireland’s residential and commercial sectors.
The awards will recognise those who have excelled in areas such as CSR Initiative of the Year, Property Management Company of the Year, Asset Management Company of the Year and many more, as follows:

- Building Contractor of the Year
- Asset Management Company of the Year
- Commercial Fit out of the Year
