A seminar on ‘Developing an Integrated Employee Health and Wellbeing Programme’ will be hosted by the EAP Institute on Thursday 20 September in the Midlands Park Hotel, Portlaoise.

Under Section 22(1) of the SHWW Act 2005, every employer must ensure that health surveillance appropriate to the risks to safety, health and welfare that may be incurred at the place of work identified by the risk assessment (under Section 19) is made available to all employees.

Save €55 (full fee €350) if booking online before Thursday 23 August to avail of early bookings.

At the end of this seminar, attendees will know how to develop an integrated Employee Health and Wellbeing Programme, conduct risk assessments on all workplace physical and behavioural risks, in addition to tips on reducing stress and increasing personal resilience.

The seminar will be presented by Maurice Quinlan, Director of the EAP Institute, and Dr Deirdre Gleeson, founder of Medwise Occupational Health Services.
